About Light & Star Media

Light & Star Media is a media production company that works exclusively with charities and non-profit organisations. It helps charities to 'shine a light' and 'lead the way' by creating media that boosts funding, raises awareness, increases engagement or simply helps a charity to tell their story.

I have worked and volunteered in the charity sector for over 20 years, most recently as a fundraiser. I founded Light & Star Media after noticing that the fundraising landscape was getting more difficult and more competitive across the whole charity sector. It's becoming harder for charities to stand out and be seen.

Yet I firmly believe the charity sector is the key ingredient for social change. It's the passion and lived-experience at the heart of charities that brings about change and drives others to take action: to donate, to volunteer, to raise awareness and to campaign.

Light & Star Media aims to help charities stand out and be seen. The excellent work, passion and vision of charities needs to be amplified, and that's what Light & Star Media is here to do.
